We were originally formed in September 2004 from a very successful team of SAP professionals that previously enjoyed success in Deloitte Consulting, where we flourished as a winning team delivering complex projects together, especially in capital intensive industries such as mining, utilities and oil and gas industries.

With the reorganisation of Deloitte Touche Thomatsu at that time and the move away from SAP implementation services, we saw an opportunity to develop a boutique practice focused on Enterprise Applications implementations.

Since 2006, we have clearly focused on the mining, utilities and oil and gas industries where we deliver consulting services around people, strategy, process and technology.

We specialise in providing senior consultants, with a combination of appropriate business, industry and software knowledge and experience, to support the implementation, project management and acceptance process for major Enterprise Application implementations, such as SAP and other leading Enterprise solutions.

We also have well defined Project Coordination, Validation & Roll-out services to drive the success of our customers’ investments in major projects.
